Candidates with a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or even higher and greatly experienced in Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 3.000 - SGD 4.000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Descriptions:
- VIP Support
- End User/Onsite Support
- Governance of administrator, user accounts & access control
- Infrastructure Support: Microsoft Azure, M365, TrendMicro, Druva, HPE servers, VMWare, Cisco Router & Switches, Firewall
- Creation of new OS image with MDT, with bi-monthly maintenance
- Bi-monthly applications/software version maintenance if required
- Managing of vendors for security & policy deviation • Monthly servers patching & maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years relevant experience.
