Candidates with a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or even higher and greatly experienced in Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 2.800 - SGD 4.000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Job Description:
- Onsite day-to-day operations of the End User Computing support to users in Singapore and remote support for regional offices
- Alignment of End User Computing with Global team
- Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support for Windows and Mobile OS, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.)
- Manage the complete life-cycle of laptop/desktop environment from procurement, on-going support to decommissioning
- Work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams as required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement:
- A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
- Possess an aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge
- Technical knowledge and experience on Microsoft technologies (Active directory, SCCM, GPO, O365, Azure, Intune, Windows 10 etc) and networking technologies is a plus
- ITIL certification will be an advantage
- Relevant experience in IT Service Management
- Strong technical knowledge and experience on MS technologies
- Ability to multitask under pressure, ensuring service delivery is maintained
- Team Player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
