Candidates with a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or even higher and greatly experienced in Services & Tech & Helpdesk Support are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 1.800 - SGD 3.000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

- Provide Desktop and Laptop hardware support
- Common application support on user’s workstation (e.g. Microsoft Office, Antivirus, Adobe Acrobat, compression software etc)
- 1st Level network support which includes wireless and VoIP phone support
- Setup and prepare new workstation for users
- Management of user ID and email account and password
- Participate in IT upgrading projects as assigned by supervisor
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Relevant certification computer or related studies
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve laptop problems
- Ability to work with users of different level and nationality
- Be conversant in English and possesses good working attitude and disposition
- Able to work independently & effectively with team
- Able to think creatively and work under pressure
Position available for office hours or 12hrs rotating shifts
