Our company, Office Secretaries are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as litigation secretary - temp/perm with a full time work system, which domiciled in Central and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma which experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant.

Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.

The competitive net salary we can offer is start from SGD 2.000 to a maximum of SGD 5.700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

  • Conducting basic legal searches such as acra searches and e-litigation searches
  • Undertaking printing, photocopying and scanning as required, ensuring that documents are collated in correct order
  • Managing incoming and outgoing couriers and documents and
  • Arranging internal and external meetings, booking of rooms, taking care of food catering for clients and liaising with the IT team to ensure the equipments are ready
  • Managing and co-ordinating bill and WIP reports
  • Liaising with the accounts team on bill processing
  • Answering phonecalls in a professional manner
  • Undertaking digital dictation where necessary, amending documents, producing presentations slides using the firm standard power point slides and producing spreadsheet using excel
  • Assisting in travel bookings in line with the office approved travel agents
  • Submitting of claims
  • Maintaining up to date client contact information
  • Providing mailroom and reception coverage as required as a part of a roster system
