Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams especially the risk control team to build fund safety architecture and focus on solving risks within the livestream ecosystem such as IAP refund, fraud, chargeback etc to reduce money losses and ensure business model and fund flow compliant.
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and implementation of user journey and user education to make sure user experience smooth, livestream ecosystem healthy and safe.
- Establish gradient penalty policy and build penalty tools to mitigate overkill issues and provide better experience.
- Build mechanism and tools to deal with user appeals or complaints and enhance operation efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above, excellent academic performance. Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus.
- At least 3 years of payment risk control strategy or other safety strategy related experience. Have a good understanding about user experience and risk control measures.
- Data and result driven with strong analytical skills, be able to think logically and independently.
- Excellent communication skills, strong cross functional collaboration skills. Able to use English as a working language and work in a multicultural cross functional team environment.
