Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Logistic / Shipping Admin (PERMIT DECLARATION / Imports / Export) - NO EXP REQ. For those of you who live in Jurong East and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Search Personnel Pte Ltd, and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Services & Logistics/Supply Chain with a minimum degree of Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 2.800 - SGD 3.000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

- Position : Logistic / Shipping Admin (PERMIT DECLARATION / Imports / Export) – NO EXP WELCOME
- Location : Jurong East (Nearest Mrt: Jurong East)
- Working hours : 5 days a week, 8.30am to 5.35pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $300 + Performance Bonus
- Duration : Perm

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle daily 3PL operations for any irregular and troubleshooting
- monitor and handle daily imports and export operations including Permit Declarations
- Verifying operations and freight billing to ensure matching
- Negotiate and check market situation with Freight Forwarder
- Check Packing Material Inventory at 3PL and procurement
Requirements:
- No experience are welcome to apply – Training Provided
- Nitec in Supply Chain Management or other business-related discipline
- Certificate in Customs Competency Test for Declarations would be an advantage but not necessary
- Understand of Intecom with Import and Export experience
- Understand Air Freight Market
- Good at Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel with Pivot Table and Formula
