Job Description
- Undertake routine administrative tasks including data entry, filing management, work reports
- Respond to enquiry from customers from all platforms
- Attentive to customers and provide close follow-up on new leads
- Maintain clear customer record, activities and room availability using CRM
- Other administrative duties as requested by reporting Manager
Jobs Requirements
- Singaporeans only
- Candidate is required to liaise bilingually
- Effective communication skills with people of all levels for both internal and external parties
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business or Marketing
- Comfortable working with CRM and data related work
- Willing to work with cross-functional teams involving sales and marketing and across subsidiary companies
- Meticulous, resourceful and have sense of urgency to thrive in fast-pace environment
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Skills in digital marketing would be an advantage
