We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities
- Carry out planned inspections, quality control, and supervision of technicians, and sub-contractors including those appointed by the Corporation;
- Deal with incidents, complaints, breakdowns and repairs. Be fully competent in providing engineering and technical assessment in troubleshooting, identifying the appropriate causes, review and implement the appropriate solutions to be executed by the sub-contractors and other service providers;
- Oversee and manage term contractors for maintenance work;
- Coordinate with end users on minor works, fitting-out works and renovation projects;
- Prepare cost estimates of the maintenance work to be carried for Client when required;
- Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly lift breakdown reporting;
- Assist in the preparation of monthly KPI report and presentation;
- Assist in the preparation of incident report;
- Perform any other work necessary for effective operations of the Property or as directed by the Supervisor or Client
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent
- Minimum. 3 year(s) of similar experience in handling M&E operations, facilities maintenance
