We are hiring! To candidates with Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources, we Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG), are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as *new* 6 months contract hr service executive and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Central and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Duties:
- Handle Work pass related matters – application, renewal and cancellation
- Letter of Guarantee issuance for eligible employees and/or their dependents
- Perform HR administration
- Support for onboarding and offboarding activities
- Data entry in HRIS (Workday)
- Support in system User Acceptance Test and process improvement initiatives
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience
- HR Operational Knowledge – Benefit and work pass matters (EP, SP, Entry Approval)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday (ideal but not required)
