We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 3.500 - SGD 5.000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Responsibilities
- Security door access and access card management
- Manage business trips, hotel booking and visa/work permits application process
- Temp accommodation arrangement
- Manage office supplies, office equipment and pantry supplies
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mails, courier document/parcels and document circulation
- Oversee facilities services & maintenance activities
- Organize other office activities (meetings, event planning, town hall booking & etc.)
- After-hours door access support
- Visitor reception
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Any other duties / project as assigned
Qualifications and Profile
- Diploma / Degree holder with at least 3 years of proven experience as office administrator
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and policies
- Meticulous, analytical, organized, resourceful, independent and enjoy challenges
- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Mature and adaptive and able to interact well with all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
