· Generate sales return order (SRO) for customers based on requests
· Conduct backend investigation for credit note requests
· Generate weekly summary for return to vendor notice for Sales to follow up with Customers
· Handle dispute resolution on credit note requests with Customers
· Manage fixed phone and dedicated email to manage credit note requests. Divert and gather required information to generate SRO from relevant parties
· Print daily driver delivery summary for drivers to check on returning invoices
· Match daily returned delivery invoices against summary to ensure all invoices and returned with Customer stamp and signature for proof of delivery
· Generate weekly and monthly SRO reports
5.5 days work week at Boon Lay (Saturday is half day – 5.5 days for 2 week , 5 days for 1 week , 5.5 days for 2 week , 5 days for 1 week)
