Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the Resource Section, planning and preparing rosters and deploying Bus captains, to ensure duties are operated.
- Measure the performance of the Resource Section and implement corrective actions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
- Report to the Depot Operations Manager to identify the needs and plan for training.
- Maintain accurate records of Bus captain training.
- Ensure Bus captains are rostered to work within the work hours guidelines and regulations and in accordance to company recognised processes.
- Ability to foster team oriented goals.
- Any other duties as assigned by Depot Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma level qualification
- 2 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- I.T. savvy and proficient in MS Word and Excel.
