Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Operations Supervisor (Manufacturing / Warehouse / Production). The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 3.500 - SGD 4.500. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing worker’s work activities and providing guidance & support
- To establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track metrics, and analyse data to evaluate productivity, efficiency, and quality
- In charge of warehouse management
- Ensure accurate recording of quantities, verify product quality, and match received items with purchase orders or invoices
- Organize and arrange items within the warehouse to maximize space utilization and facilitate efficient retrieval
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, or stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintains safe and clean work environment
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec / Diploma / Degree qualification
- Training Provided for those without/lesser experience
