The Principal Consultant will be responsible to design, develop and deliver training programmes for leaders of the Labour Movement. He/She, as a team member, will
- Identify training/ programmes to meet the needs of stakeholders
- Design, develop and facilitate training on topics including, but not limiting, on
- Labour movement and industrial relations
- Employment related legislature
- Tripartite guidelines, advisories, and standards
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills
Requirements:
- A good tertiary qualification, preferably with WSQ Advance Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
- 8-10 years of working experience, preferably in industrial relation and/or learning and development.
- Able to connect and build relationship with stakeholders with myriad backgrounds and needs
- Candidate familiar with WSQ and SkillsFuture requirements and/or possess WSQ Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE) will be considered favourably.
