Our client is a manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Process Engineer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Vietnam.
Requirement
- Support production by providing engineering assistance for continuous process improvement, optimizing yield, hours per thousand, quality, and productivity.
- Standardize processes, assess capabilities, establish control, and analyze process flow.
- Troubleshoot machines, find solutions to improve process flow and productivity yield.
- Maintain compliance with TS16949/ISO 9001 requirements.
- Monitor and improve machinery and process performance for certified part production.
- Assist in new product/process line transfers.
- Install, maintain, convert, and ensure user acceptance of production machinery.
- Aid in EHS activities, ensuring legal and customer compliance.
- Prepare for external audits.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the production area.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic/Mechanical or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing Industry
- Proficient in manufacturing processes.
- ISO/TS16949 experience will be bonus
- Willingness to permanently relocate to Vietnam.
