Job Description:
- Process purchase orders and requisition
- Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment
- Source and evaluate suppliers’ performance
- Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements
- Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system
- Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties
- Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times
- Any other tasks assigned by superior time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred
- Good communication & negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Pro-active and meticulous with positive attitude
