To candidates with Not Specified which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support, we Dezign Format Pte Ltd, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as project administrator and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Woodlands and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

· Apply Permit To Work with supporting WSH documentation (Risk Assessment, Methods Statement, Safe Work Procedures, etc.)
· Gather required information (workers list, vehicles list, certification, etc.) to support the application and submission.
· Assist the project team in the submissions of plans and drawings for approval by relevant authorities (URA, BCA, SCDF, etc.) based on the project’s requirement, as required.
· Assist the project team to create necessary project documents when needed.
· Maintaining (filing and recording) project documents for audit and inspection purposes.
· Utilize company’s project management software to coordinate and communicate to project team members during the production process.
· Attend project meetings as and when required.
· Any other project-related administration work when required.
· Occasionally to station at site office when assigned high profile long-term projects lasting more than 3 months.
· Assist project team to monitor and issue PTWs to sub-contractors, for special projects.
· Assist project team in project related administrative work.
· Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the site office.
· This is generally an administrative role supporting the project management team.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
· Competency in Microsoft Office and knowledge in AutoCad and MS Project is a plus.
· Good communication skill with people of all levels.
· Previous experience working in a construction site office is preferred but not required.
· BizSAFE Level 2 (Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan) Certification is preferred. Company will sponsor selected candidate for the course, if needed.
· Minimum 1-2 years relevant administration experience from event management, interior design, construction or other related fields.
