Our client is an established company specialising in Manufacturing Industry. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Quality Analyst to support the growth. They are located in the North – easily accessible.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the management and upkeep of various quality-related documents including manuals, plans, procedures, inspection records, and instructions.
- Offer assistance and support to colleagues within the department.
- Regularly process production line documents, ensuring timely replacement of outdated versions with the latest revisions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on quality performance metrics such as customer returns, customer scorecards, and first-time quality.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Requirement:
• Minimum educational requirement of NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications
