Responsibilities
- Must have experience in aluminium & Glass industry work
- Able to work independently with Main Contractor, Architect to resolve site issues
- Prepare tender submission;handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- To attend site meeting whenever is required
- Materials ordering for sites.
- Any ad-hoc duties assign.
- Estimate the overall cost of the project
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying
- At least 2 years QS experience in alum windows & doors
- Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, e.g.)
- Familar with alum profiles
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
