Front desk services-attending to the incoming calls professionally and courteous. Attend to the walk in clients and serve refreshments to the clients when they have meeting with the bosses.
preparing banks confirmation to be sent to the banks using microsoft Excel and filing documents eg. invoices and replied banks document. Posting letters and incharge of postages.
Knowledge of Excel is a must and minimum qualification. Right attitudes toward works and responsible on work.
