We are partnering with one of our client looking for a Receptionist cum PA.

The Opportunity

Job Scope
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management and VIP visitors
- Personal assistant for Center Manager (meeting minutes, e-claims, travel bookings, meal arrangements)
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Support Center Manager’s N-1 travel and meeting agenda
- Assist organizers with event preparations and arrangements (high profile events)
- Coordinate client training preparation including (but not limited to) logistics, document printing, visa process coordination, gift bags, hotel and food arrangements
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Collaborative good team player and experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholder
- Good verbal and written communication skills
