Roles and Responsibilities:
- To build and maintain relationships with customers both individual and business to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to customers based on their financial needs.
- Provide exceptional customer services to resolve customers inquires and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- To prepare credit propositions for approval and to follow through with line implementation and loan disbursement.
- To ensure credit reviews are completed in a timely manner and ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
