Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
- Serve customers with a smile, upsell and cross-sell products
- Respond positively to customer complaints, feedbacks and suggestions.
- Perform cashiering, merchandising and housekeeping duties
- Administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory count and basic reporting
- Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Opportunity to be able to work in the Changi Airport environment and experience international travellers

- Changi Airport transit area (Transport provided for opening shift and closing shift)
Job Requirement:
- Passionate about retail
- Service oriented and a team player
- Good communication skills
- 5-day work week
- Able to work retail hours (rotating shifts) including weekends and public holidays
- O-Levels/A-Levels/Polytechnic/Higher-Nitec graduate preferred
- 6-months/12-months Contract positions available
