We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and build relationships with corporate clients for our training solutions.
You will be focused on promoting and selling workshops, teambuilding programs, and change management services to organizations.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Business Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target corporate clients and achieve sales targets.
Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
Understand clients’ training needs and align our solutions to address their specific requirements.
Relationship Building and Consultative Selling:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and training managers in corporate organizations.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ training objectives and challenges.
Present and articulate the value and benefits of our workshops, teambuilding programs, and change management services to clients.
Solution Presentation and Proposal:
Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to demonstrate the relevance and effectiveness of our training solutions.
Prepare and present customized proposals that address clients’ specific needs and objectives.
Collaborate with the training and development team to design and develop tailored programs for clients.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, accurately tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our training solutions to existing clients.
Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving training needs and explore opportunities for long-term partnerships.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing and tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Familiarity with corporate training programs, including workshops, teambuilding, and change management concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies specific to the corporate training industry, including consultative selling and needs analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our training solutions to corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to influence decision-makers and close sales deals.
- Ability to conduct effective needs analysis and tailor training solutions to meet clients’ specific requirements.
- Familiarity with creating and delivering customized proposals and presentations to clients.
- Experience in managing and maintaining a sales pipeline, including lead generation, opportunity management, and forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, HR professionals, and training managers.
- Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and potential growth areas.
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools and platforms for remote teamwork and communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage client relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of learning management systems (LMS) or training delivery platforms to facilitate virtual training programs.
