What you will do
- Provide consultation and hearing aid demo to potential customers.
- Maintain and develop excellent communications with customers to increase engagement and minimize return rate.
- Manage the operations of Vibe Singapore business from eCommerce to customer service to marketing to lead generation.
- Conduct regular and robust data analysis to drive decision making and improvements
