The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES              

1.                  Responsible for full spectrums of purchasing functions.

2.                  Planning and managing purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of all goods and services, in optimizing balance between cost, quality, delivery and service.

3.                  To assist in the preparation of quotation, confidential documents including letter, price costing sheet.

4.                  Check and review all tendering channels on regular basis and provide prompt information on tender, RFQ and ITQ to the Sales team including processing tender documentation and ensure timely submission as required.

5.                  To assist in data compilation for sales presentation and business reports, and to ensure that all correspondences are professionally prepared.

6.                  To comply and ensure all procedure and processes are aligned with the GDPMD standards and regulations.

7.                  To conduct six-monthly stock take and reconciling the differences.

8.                  To verify invoices from suppliers, forwarders and insurance agencies against quotations received to ensure that correct amount is billed before submitting to accounts for processing.

9.                  Maintains the integrity of data and information consistent with legislation, policies and procedures. Stores data and information safely and in a way that allows easy retrieval and keeps the data/information system up-to-date.

10.              To maintain close liaison and co-operation with HQ, subsidiaries and associated companies and customers in order to achieve company’s goals and objectives.

11.              Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned from time to time.

PER-REQUISITES / EXPECTATION              

•           Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 3 years working experience in related field.

•           Ability to work with minimum supervision coupled with strong integrity skill.

•           Energetic with a high sense of urgency, ability to work in dynamic environment.

•           Team player, good interpersonal ethics and excellence command of English.
