Responsibilities 

· Assist to manage sales and services projects worldwide

· Promote, develop and nurture our brand and business

· Deal with sales enquiries from current, new and potential clients.

· Responsible for drafting and preparation of drawing for customers

· Follow up, process and support all the sales and purchase orders and provide after sales service

· Deal with telephone and email enquiries for sales, operational and accounting matters.

· Liaise with overseas counterpart and business partners to meet customer delivery.

Requirements

· Handle, transpose and edit meeting notes and audio into written documents

· Other administration support

· Fluent English (writing, speaking, etc.) is a must, speaking Cantonese is a big plus

· Proactive, good interpersonal, communication and customer handling skills

· Experience on AutoCAD required (able to design on furniture will added advantage)

· Able to perform multi tasks and to work independently with minimum supervision.

·  Min Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification in and discipline.

·  Willing to travel (if needed)

·  Able to commence work on short notice preferred
