Job’s Mission:
The mission for this role is to generate “new” revenue using the applicants existing network of contacts/prospects in the construction industry.
The mission is relatively simply, if you have existing contacts in this market sector then you should be in a position of leveraging these relationships and
securing more work for our company and yourself. If you do not have an existing network of prospects to call upon you are not required to apply for this role as you will not be considered.
Job Goals & Responsibilities:
- The short-term expectations and goals for your role in terms of sales generation are straight forward, more details on this below.
- The long-term expectations for your role are more team orientated, we expect you to contribute to our sales and marketing strategies.
Short Term Goals
- Generate a total of $30,00 of revenue within first 3 months*
- Generate a total of $75,00 of revenue within first 6 months*
- Generate a total of $200,00 of revenue within first 12 months*
Long Term Goals
- Grow RGS Into the market leader for the construction industry by 12/31/25.
- Contribute to the 2023/24/25 strategic sales and marketing plans.
Salary: Basic from $3,00 – $5,00 (Negotiable) + Commissions.
Job Commissions:
- Commission ranging from 5 to 10 to 15% of pre-GST revenue amount (selling price and margins depending)
- Certain Accounts/Projects will fall into one of the three categories (5, 10 or 15%) as determined by the selling price & margin, this is determined preemptively and, on a case-by-case basis.
