Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the director
- Assist director in relaying messages and work tasks to internal/ external parties
- Organise and prepare travel itineraries, handling of correspondences, drafting of replies and attend to guest and visitors
- Preparation of meetings and presentation materials
- Maintain proper filing system and record keeping
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 year of experience in related field
