Job Responsibilities:
· Overall management for performers’ well-being and provide peer-to-peer counselling
· Lead Universal Studio Singapore Auditions both locally and overseas, collaborating with Marketing team to produce and promote the audition campaign and strategy
· Responsible for performers’ recruitment process alongside Creative Directors team and Human Resources team
· Ensure smooth relocation of new performers as well as repatriation procedures upon completion of the contract term, taking care of all logistics and interim accommodation arrangement
· Attend medical or WSH related incidents that arise during day-to-day operations. Perform necessary decision making for medical assistance, and follow-ups with Specialists from hospitals and Physiotherapist for any work injury cases.
· Administratively manage and upkeep all official documentation including but not limited to SOPs, accommodation management, contractual matters, and provide accurate reports when required.
Job Requirements:
· Preferred: Diploma or WSQ Equivalent in a related discipline (Theatre, Theme Park, TV or Events)
· With Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: 3 – 4 years of related industry experience
· Without Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: 5 – 6 years of related industry experience
· Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
