Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Senior/ Executive (Healthcare/ Education, North, Up to $3800!). The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 2.600 - SGD 3.800. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Education Development Office by assisting and coordinating in the area of posting and evaluation, faculty activities, orientation of residents, program planning and scheduling, examinations and teaching activities.
- Support the supervisor in the area of operations & administrative support for postgraduate educational activities for residency programs.
- Support the faculty development activities and monitoring of budget for optimization of funding allocated.
- Program Coordinators will also be required to support in duties like:
- a. Logistic support during Open House and ah-hoc event like Education Award
- b. Orientation of Residents and Faculty as required
- c. Publicity support, inclusive of content and materials collation
- d. Policies and procedures pertaining to the program and/or the site
- e. Administration of research awards and scholarships
- f. Provide support for exams and workshops when required
- g. Lead and participate in assigned initiatives and projects to achieve the institution’s vision, mission and strategic objectives;
- h. Actively contribute in the development of graduate medical education and health professions education.
- i. Actively contribute to the development of other colleagues and the team.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in any field
- Prior working experience in administrative function will be a plus
- Prior healthcare experience will be an advantage
- Able to start immediate or on short notice
- Training is provided
