Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary SGD 3.000 - SGD 6.000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in public and private sector projects. They are looking for 2 Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to take charge of tender on primarily HDB projects.
Job Description:
- Study and review tender documents
- Pre-tender administration and documentation, valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations, which includes specifications, drawings, commercial requirements and technical requirements
- Conduct material take-off such as man-hours estimates, material and equipment prices from suppliers, quotations for subcontractor works
- Compiling quotations, comparison of quotes and prices
- Compiling unit rates, construction equipment rates and bid costs
- Assist in tender negotiation
- Ensure delivering a successful project within budget, cost and the stipulated time frame.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
- Possesses tender experience with HDB / BTO projects
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
