We need you to fill the position as Service Delivery Executive/Manager | Up to $5.5k | Bendemeer | 1 Year Contract for our office.

Job Responsibilities
- Management of daily operations.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Recording Minutes of Meeting and disseminate to desired stakeholders.
- Preparing and documenting of Standard Operation Procedures.
- Training and briefing the staffs on any changes of SOPs.
- Performing of audits on work done by staff to ensure that the work is in accordance to SOP.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintain appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are manage towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experiences with tertiary qualification.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and meet deadlines.
- Project Management certification will be advantage.
