What you do
You’ll provide after-sales service to corporate clients with proactive service solutions in Loan and Time Deposit. Key assignments include monitoring of loan and deposit maturity, contracting rates with customers and liaising with business partners to ensure transactions are processed timely. You’ll be empowered to offer customers preferential rates and exception handling to delight the customers.
We’ll provide the experience and exposure needed to shape your career journey beyond your current role. Candidates can look forward to gaining in-depth knowledge of back-office processes through investigation work and working with the different stakeholders in the Bank.
