We need you to fill the position as Sr / Executive Assistant (Medical Social Work) for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in North-East and its surroundings.

Challenges
You will be an integral member of the department to provide full administrative support
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and calendars of HOD, clinical roster planning and activation, arrange meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate daily administrative duties e.g. tracking departmental purchases and assets, initiating claims and procurement, department IT needs, minutes taking, and other administrative duties as assigned
- Attend departmental meetings
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documents for audit.
- Attend to email and phone call enquires
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels from a recognised institution
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare or related field
- Able to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with applications such as SAP and Skelta will be added advantage, but not necessary
- Able to multitask and work efficiently as a team or independently

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is a 2,00-bed acute tertiary psychiatric hospital situated on a 23-hectare campus at Buangkok Green Medical Park. Set amidst serene surroundings, IMH offers a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
IMH’s tradition of care started in 1928. We were the first mental hospital in Singapore, starting with some 1,00 patients. Since then, many advances have been made in treatment, training, and research. Our treatment integrates evidence-based therapies, supported by the departments of clinical psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, and medical social work, to provide holistic care for our patients. IMH is equipped with modern facilities, with 50 wards for inpatients and seven Specialist Outpatient Clinics.
IMH also plays a key role in training the next generation of mental health professionals in Singapore. We train psychiatrists and mental health professionals through the NHG-AHPL Residency Programme for psychiatry and through collaborations with the local tertiary institutions.
