Responsibility:
General Store Worker
Day to day sales operation works
Maintain store clean and neatly
Packaging and labeling
feeding fish by hand or operating automatic feeding system
checking and maintaining water quality
checking fish for disease, preventing and treating infection
draining and cleaning tanks, filters and nets
repairing tanks or cages
getting fish ready for sale, gutting them and packing them in ice for transport
maintaining buildings and equipment, involving basic joinery, plumbing and electrical work.
Sales and marketing works
We need sincere, hardworking, honest and dedicating worker.
Simply follow the rules and regulations as per instructions given.
Willing to work long hour, week ends and public holiday.
Able to work rotat shift
Planning and execute day to day sales and operating works.
Despatching invoice And tracking payment
Cheque payment collection and banking promptly
Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
Motivating and supervising employees.
Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
Evaluating and reporting on department metrics to upper management.
Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole.
Day to day sales operational works
Package and reparing of seafood based on customer request
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Rqguirements:
Bachelors degree with Computer Studies and Engineering or equivalent.
Willing to weekends and public holiday.
Willing to work long hours whenever require.
Strong computer knowledge.
