Full Time Position
Up to $3.2k + AWS
Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
West Area
Duties:
· Manage incident tickets / assigned tasks to completion in accordance with SLAs. Escalate to senior technical management when SLAs are likely to be breached
· Maintain state of mission critical servers running customer applications
· May test and deploy new solutions
· May manage databases
· Analyse and troubleshoot faults and make recommendations as to the most effective course of action
· Provide support to other internal teams
· Proactively monitor servers and related infrastructure
· Provide support on patching of critical servers as well as upgrades
· Troubleshoot network problems and outages; may maintain network cabling including installation
· May be required to configure and install equipment
· Execute planned changes through the change management process
· Liaise with and manage third party providers of systems as required
· Provides end user training on systems as required
Requirements:
· 3 years experience in a systems administration role
· Server Networking skills such as TCP/IP, Cisco Networking
· Experience hosting database environments
· Experience providing high availability services
· Experience supporting and building server operating systems
