We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Temp Admin Assistant (3 months/ Up to $1800). For those of you who live in Central and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, CELECTI PTE. LTD., and able to under a tempoaray working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 1.600 - SGD 1.800. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
· Work on administrative Tasks & their automation with guidance
· Scheduling of meetings
· Checking, collation and updating of data and information.
· Updating dashboards, putting together administrative briefs, and similar projects (requires use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
· Packing of logistics and resources
· Printing and binding resources
· Any other administrative task as requested
· Knowledge of MS Office skills
Job Requirements:
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
· Ability to prioritize work, meticulous to details and with excellent time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
