- 10 to 15 years of testing experience in Test Management which includes from defining test strategy, Test designing, Overall ownership and ensure quality of deliverables and meet timeline, manages the strategic and tactical testing relationship with program stakeholders.
- Solid analytical, creativity and problem-solving ability as well as strong attention to detail
- Ability to establish solid relationships with vendors in support of initiatives; ability to negotiate and manage outside vendors against deliverables
- Effectively lead teams with various staffing models of internal and external on-shore and off-shore resources. Provided leadership and supervisory oversight to quality assurance
- Good reporting/documentation and test automation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders
- Passionate and able to multitask and learn in a fast pace environment, comfortable to face with urgent requests with clear mindset of processes
- Experience in process consulting program for Development, Testing, DevOps across multiple delivery models like waterfall, Agile (Scrum and Kanban), iterative etc
- Performing test consultancy and to define test process framework including process, templates, checklist and guidelines to suite needs of projects and test requirements
