In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 3.200 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

1. Job Scope – To process trade applications received from customer with accuracy and within the SLA.
2. Duties :
a.. Accurate and timely delivery of work assigned by Team Lead
b.. Ensure work is performed in accordance with the established procedures, policies, guidelines and standards
c. Full compliance with the Bank’s policies, guidelines and code of conduct
d. Timely escalation of error, problem, exception or unusual transaction to Team Lead, Section Manager or Department Manager
e Process daily Trade Operations transactions of SG Imports Products in accordance to the agreed service standards
f Liaise and follow up with Business Units or customers for instructions that are required to complete the transaction
g Liaise with internal and external counterparty for queries relating to the transaction
