The candidate will report to the Operations Manager and he will support the Warehouse B2B, B2C and Delivery department.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role are to understand and be competent with ALL B2C, B2B and Delivery operations in the warehouse.
Main Responsibilities:
• To be able to follow Operations Manager instruction and carry out his daily task
competently
• To accomplish warehouse and organization mission by completing related
results as needed.
• To arrange and keep track of daily delivery schedules
• To ensure all deliveries and collections are arranged on time and accurately
• To cover fellow warehouse colleagues’ duties during their absence
• To maintain tidiness within the warehouse and orderly storage of stock at all time
• To meet required Target set by Operations Manager
• To follow strictly the assigned work hours and SOP set out by the Operations Manager
• To be able to assist the operations manager on managing the ops team for their SOP compliance and disciplinary conduct.
• To be able to ensure ops team are working in a productive and efficient
manner daily.
• To be able to hold team meeting and send across clear messages sets out by
the operations or country manager.
• To have a competent knowledge of both B2B and B2C operations and the WMS functionality.
3.2 JOB QUALITY
• You need to ensure the work quality by warehouse assistants are correctly done according to SOP to deter damage or loss of merchandise of our customers.
