We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of X20 Customer Service Officer (Call Centre| Healthcare | 5 Days Work | No Exp Wel. Responsibilities
– Handle incoming phone calls and emails to ensure customer’s payment enquiries are answered accurately and professionally within the stipulated time frame.
– Provide quality service on customers enquires and feedback to both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
– Ad-Hoc tasks and administrative duties whenever required.
– Customer oriented and detailed
Requirements
– Nitec and above or with relevant experience
– Strong customer service oriented
– Proficient in MS Office
– Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
– Experiences in Customer Service under call centre will be a plus!
