岗位职责:

1、协助总部统筹海外清关，认证、物流等供应链部门相关工作的开展；

2、制定并完善海外清关，认证、物流等工作流程，实施数据管理监控；

3、协助对接供应商、物流服务商的维护、跟踪及评估供应链各环节成本，保证供应链端对业务链端的有力支持；

4、协助总部统管东南亚国家供应链事项，能够出差到东南亚各国家（如泰国，菲律宾，马来西亚，印尼等）；

5、持续梳理与完善海外供应链管理流程，确保部门良好运作；

任职要求:

1、大专及以上学历，供应链、国际贸易等相关专业优先，三年以上供应链经验；

2、对东南亚国家进出口业务熟悉，熟悉清关，认证，物流，仓储等业务。

薪酬结构为：基本工资（400-500新币/月）*12+固定Bonus*1个月+浮动Bonus视公司业绩而定

年休假14天起

Responsibilities

1. Assisted the headquarters in coordinating work related to overseas customs clearance, certification, logistics, and other supply chain departments;
2. Developed and improved overseas customs clearance, certification, logistics, and other work processes, and implemented data management and monitoring;
3. Assist suppliers and logistics service providers to maintain, track and evaluate the costs of each link of the supply chain, and ensure strong support from the supply chain end to the business chain end;
4. Assist the headquarters in managing the supply chain of Southeast Asian countries, and be able to travel to Southeast Asian countries (such as Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.);
5. Continue to sort out and improve the overseas supply chain management process to ensure the good operation of the department;

Requirements

• College degree or above, major in the supply chain, international trade is preferred, more than 3 years of supply chain experience;
• Familiar with import and export business of Southeast Asian countries, familiar with customs clearance, certification, logistics, warehousing, and other businesses.

The position is open to Singaporeans only

Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must. To be able to provide consultation in Mandarin to handle China counterparts.
