We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Tampines and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Centre Principal (Tampines) in our business office, PCF Sparkletots.

Candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Education/Training & Education are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 3.500 - SGD 5.000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

- Inspire a Love for Learning through Leading the Design of Curricula and Programmes at the Centre (Centre Leader)
- Lead in Integrating the Core Values of Early Childhood Education within Curricula and Programmes at the Centre (Centre Leader)
Learning Environment:
- Work with the Lead Teacher to Establish Quality Learning Environments to Support Learning of Children
Interactions & Relationships:
- Mentor Staff to Enhance Caring, Trusting and Respectful Relationships with Children (Centre Leader)
Health, Safety & Nutrition:
- Establish Policies and Processes on Appropriate Course of Action for the Protection of Children (Centre Leader)
- Establish Health, Safety, Nutritional and Hygiene Standards and Procedures
Collaborating with Families and Community Through:
Family & Community Partnerships:
- Lead in Developing Strategies to Establish Partnerships with Families (Centre Leader)
- Establish a Centre-wide Culture of Professional Collaboration with Community Stakeholders (Centre Leader)

Job Holder Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L), preferably with a recognised Degree in Early Childhood and, other qualifications as required by ECDA (if applicable)
- At least 5 years of Early Childhood teaching experience and,
- At least 8 years of general working experience
- Strong leadership qualities and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of curriculum and instruction and is skilful at curriculum evaluation and staff appraisal.
