- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align and achieve team objectives by employing innovative approaches to identify top-tier talent for global company integration as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
- Effective communication, persuasive abilities, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for successful performance. As an analytically adept and detail-oriented team player, you will manage multiple tasks concurrently. This role as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer is part of the Global team, emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
- Utilize online platforms (job boards, internal databases, forums, local social networks, and professional platforms specific to your designated region) to source potential candidates.
- Contribute to the recruitment and selection process by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and providing assistance during interviews.
- Cultivate networks to identify qualified passive candidates and facilitate meaningful candidate interactions throughout the selection process.
- Establish a pool of well-qualified candidates, while also exploring new sourcing avenues for various company locations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Management, or Business.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in HR, particularly in a role that supports talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in English is vital, especially for the APAC market. Fluent Mandarin skills are advantageous due to interaction with key stakeholders and team members in China, given the role’s coverage of the Chinese Market.
- Strong technical acumen, including advanced expertise in MS Office and quick adaptability to other digital tools and platforms.
- Effective time management skills, enabling efficient handling of multiple tasks simultaneously.
