We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Mechanical Technician (Hospital Facilities) in our company, ENGIE Services Singapore Pte Ltd. For candidates who reside in Sengkang and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Manufacturing & Maintenance and possess a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level & Professional Certificate/NiTEC or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from SGD 1.700 - SGD 2.700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to requests related to mechanical systems in the building (eg: fire protection system, sprinkler, air compressor etc.)
- Perform investigation and rectification works and update the Supervisor/ Technical Officers.
- Perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the maintenance programs and procedures.
- Carry out any ad-hoc maintenance or repair work as assigned.
- Ensure safety first when carrying out maintenance works.
- Update end-users on the status of the request.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in facility/building maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking and able to multi-task
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
