Job Title: Customer Support Assistant (ID4310)
Location: Seletar
Working Hour：2 Day work and Off 2 Day 8.00am-8.00pm or 8.00pm-8.00am
Salary: $2600-$300
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming queries thru calls/emails from customers.
- Work closely with the Account Managers to handle various customers accounts
- Update customers on their job status (like time-around-time, shipping) as well as payments status.
- Does e-filing for all the approved quotations.
- Handles payment invoices to vendors.
- Attend to quotations and Purchase Orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- O level / Nitec / Diploma with 2-3 years of related working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge in SAP.
