Job Responsibilities
– Ensure the smooth operations of dental clinic including compliance with government regulations.
– Manages the effective and efficient use of equipment, consumables and dental instruments.
– Oversees manpower requirements to support overall staffing needs and to monitor staff attendance including leave and sick days.
– Examine and resolve complaints received from patients, staffs and professionals.
– Leads and supervises staff to deliver quality care to patients.
– Engages and communicates with staff to foster teamwork and to ensure information and knowledge are shared timely and effectively.
– Support and cross cover at all levels and to be seconded to other branches depending on manpower needs.
– Establish and maintain good relationships with patients, professionals and colleagues.
– Work with other department managers to meet organizational goals.
– Manage and purchase of dental supplies and consumables and maintain adequate inventory level by regular stock taking.
– Orientate and training of new clinic staffs to familiarisewith clinic operations.
– Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Clinic Manager/Management
Requirements
– At least 3 Years of relevant experience in dental industry
– Strong communication skills to communicate with different stakeholders
– Strong engagement, operational and managerial skills in leading teams
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
– PC literate and good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
