As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma which experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support.

The competitive net salary we can offer is start from SGD 2.600 to a maximum of SGD 3.600, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Job description
· Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.
· Update & complete accurate information in the Customer Relationship Management system
· Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers. Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
· Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.
· Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.
· Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.
· Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned
Job Responsibilities
· GCE ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder & above with relevant experience.
· Proficient in written & conversational English, Mother Tongue will be a plus to support non-English speaking customers.
· Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
