Position Overview
As a Digital Marketing and Marketing Executive, your role is to assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand’s online presence. You will work closely with the sales team to drive effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing. Your goal is to maximize brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate qualified leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and competitors, and analyze market trends to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging digital marketing trends to ensure the brand’s competitiveness.
2. Social Media Management
- Create and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Develop engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, follower engagement, and drive website traffic.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Content Marketing
- Create compelling and SEO-friendly content for various digital platforms, such as blog posts, website copy, infographics, and videos.
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Manage content distribution channels, including email marketing, social media, and content syndication platforms.
4. Reporting and Analysis
- Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing campaigns and platforms to measure performance and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for management.
- Use analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior, website traffic patterns, and campaign effectiveness.
5. Other duties
- Manage various third-party vendors
- Planning and control of marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels
- Other administrative duties and special tasks and projects as assigned
